Do I need an appointment to visit the Eldersburg showroom?
No. Walk in any time Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. If you want time with a specific designer, a quick call ahead is welcome.
What can I see at the Eldersburg location?
Full slabs of granite, quartz, quartzite, and marble in stock, cabinet displays from Fabuwood, Wolf, and Shiloh, edge profiles, and sinks. It's also our fabrication facility, so you can see where your countertops are made.
Is the Eldersburg showroom open on weekends?
No, Eldersburg is open Monday to Friday. Our Columbia showroom in Howard County is open Saturdays 10 AM to 3 PM.
Can I see where the countertops are made?
Yes. Eldersburg is our headquarters and fabrication shop. Every countertop is cut here on our Baca robotic saw and waterjet and finished on our Northwood router, then installed by our own crew.
What should I bring to the showroom?
Anything you're working with: a cabinet door or sample, a paint chip, tile, inspiration photos, and rough measurements if you have them. Our designers will help you put it together.

How long does it take to get new countertops?
Most projects take 6-12 business days from template to installation, and most standard kitchens are removed and reinstalled in one day.
Where does the Eldersburg location serve?
All eight central Maryland counties we serve: Howard, Montgomery, Anne Arundel, Prince George’s, Carroll, Baltimore, Frederick, and Harford counties, plus Baltimore City and York County, PA. That includes Eldersburg, Sykesville, Westminster, Mount Airy, Hampstead, Finksburg, Towson, Frederick, Bel Air, and Hanover.
How are you different from a big-box store?
Two different products. A big-box store subcontracts a fabricator, who subcontracts an installer, and the margins force everything to be cut for yield. We use top-line materials and cut for how the stone looks and how it holds up: fewer seams, veining that flows through the kitchen, and better materials in the install itself.
Do you do small projects like bathroom vanities?
Yes. We keep a large selection of remnants that are perfect for vanities, bars, and laundry rooms.
How much do new countertops cost?
It varies a lot with the stone, the brand, and the services you need. For a typical 45-55 square foot kitchen, most of our customers land between $4,500 and $6,500 installed. A free in-home estimate gets you an exact number.
Can I keep my existing sink and faucet?
We include a free undermount stainless steel sink of your choice with every kitchen quote, so you don't need to reuse your old sink. You can try to reuse your faucet, but have a backup on site in case the plumber can't reconnect it; water damages the internal parts over time.
