Natural stone is sealed at installation. If it needs resealing in the first 3 years, we take care of it. Use the water test in your care guide to check.

One chip repair up to 1" x 1" within the first year of installation. Save the chip if you find it, and call us.
- LifetimeCare and maintenance call support
Questions about cleaning, sealing, a spot, or a stain? Call or email for as long as you own your countertops.

Covered work is repaired at no charge. Anything outside the warranty, we price up front before we start.
The details.
The full terms are in your contract. Here are the ones that matter most.
- The warranty starts on the date of installation, once the project is paid in full.
- Labor is warranted for 10 years. Plumbing work by GranitePro is warranted for 1 year.
- Natural stone has natural pitting, veining, and fissures. They're part of the stone, not defects.
- Damage from misuse, fire, weather, flooding, or not maintaining the countertop isn't covered. The care guides show you how to keep it covered.
- Claims for damaged material must be made within 72 hours of receiving it, before it's handled or used.
- Repairs under warranty are made by GranitePro or the partners we choose. Work you hire out yourself isn't reimbursed.

What does the 10-year warranty cover?
All countertop installation labor for ten years from the date of installation: seam connections, countertop support, sink anchors, and dishwasher anchors, plus every silicone joint between the countertop, cabinetry, and stone backsplash installed by GranitePro.
Is resealing covered?
Yes. Any necessary resealing is complimentary for the first 3 years after installation.
What if my countertop chips?
One chip repair up to 1" x 1" is free within the first year of installation. After that, call us and we'll give you a price to repair it.
Is plumbing covered?
Plumbing services provided by GranitePro are warranted for 1 year from the date of installation.
When does the warranty start?
On the day of installation, once the project is paid in full.
What isn't covered?
Natural stone characteristics like pitting, veining, and fissures, and damage from misuse, abuse, fire, weather, flooding, or not maintaining the countertop. The care guides show you exactly how to maintain yours.
How do I make a warranty claim?

Do I need to keep anything on file?
Just your contract. We keep your job on file, so one call with your name and address is enough.
