Any new sink you like. We custom cut the countertop for it and make sure it fits. We don't reuse existing sinks.
Plumbing reconnection, and a few things while we're there.
Our standard hookup, included with every countertop replacement: a licensed plumber reconnects your sink, faucet, and existing garbage disposal. Gas cooktop reconnection and the optional extras can usually be added the same day for a separate fee.

You provide the faucet; we don't sell faucets yet. We don't reuse faucets older than a year, so have a new or backup faucet on site. Hookup happens on install day; very large kitchens with more than one sink may get the plumber the next day.

Is the sink really free?
Yes. Every countertop replacement includes a free sink of your choice from our selection of 18-gauge stainless steel undermount sinks.
Can I use my own sink?
Yes. Bring any new sink you like and we'll custom cut the countertop for it and make sure it fits. We do not reuse existing sinks.
Who does the plumbing?
A licensed plumber we work with. The standard hookup, included with every countertop replacement, covers your sink, faucet, and existing garbage disposal. Gas cooktop reconnection is a separate fee.
Can you install a garbage disposal or R/O filter?
Yes, as optional extras with a countertop replacement. Shutoff valve replacement, a new garbage disposal, and a reverse-osmosis water filter can usually be added the same day. Reconnecting your existing disposal is part of the standard hookup.
Do you sell faucets?
Not yet. You provide the faucet. We'll reuse your existing faucet if it's less than a year old; anything older gets replaced, and a customer-supplied backup faucet must be on site on install day.
Do you do plumbing for new cabinet jobs?
No. Plumbing is offered only as part of a countertop replacement. On remodels and new builds, your plumber or general contractor handles the hookup.
Which free sink fits my cabinet?
It depends on the base cabinet under your sink. Bar sinks fit an 18" cabinet, and the kitchen sinks are grouped by 24", 30", and 33" base cabinets above. We'll confirm the fit at your estimate.
Do farmhouse sinks need a special cabinet?
Yes. Farmhouse apron sinks are only available with a new farmhouse sink base cabinet. We offer multiple sizes.
Do you reconnect gas cooktops?
Yes, for a separate fee. We reconnect your existing gas cooktop; we don't install new ones. Ask for it when you book so the plumber plans for it.
